Birmingham Airport was been named the world’s most punctual airport in 2016.
Birmingham Airport, is the UK's seventh busiest airports, with upto 13 million passengers travelling through yearly, it was formerly called Eldom and opened 8th July 1939 it then changed its name to Birmingham International, an additional terminal building to handle international traffic was opened, called The International Building. Finally the International was dropped and today it's known as Birmingham Airport.
