GOODS STATION
Goods Station will deliver a highly sustainable urban neighbourhood containing 990 homes, 221 serviced apartments & 720 student bedrooms.
Five buildings will be introduced to the now-demolished site, each set around a high-quality landscaped central square with pedestrian routes.
Buildings will range from 10, 19, 29, 39 & 49 storeys – they include:
Buildings 1 & 2 – 39 and 49 storeys – will accommodate 868 new one, two & three-bedroom apartments, with workspaces, private dining spaces, cinema rooms & cycle storage.
Building 3 – Student Accommodation – will rise to 29 storeys and contain 720 bedrooms, a lounge, a gym & a large 958sqm food hall.
Building 4 – 19 storey Serviced Apartments – will provide 221 studios, one- to three-bedroom apartments & premium duplexes, and a restaurant.
A basement level will feature a pool, sauna, steam room, treatment rooms, gym and changing rooms; level 1 will have a lounge and meeting rooms. There will also be an external terrace.
Building 5 will introduce 122 apartments, a shared lounge, cycle stores and a retail unit across 10 storeys (rear).
