The development
King Edward House, a landmark 10-storey, 141K SF art deco building dating back to 1936, is undergoing refurb works sensitive to its art deco heritage.
Low carbon in delivery and operation, the building will offer premium, cutting-edge, office floorspace on its upper floors for the usage of teacher training facilities.
With many of its lower floors including internal terraces to promote occupier wellbeing, there will also be two separate roof terraces on the 7th floor.
King Edward House will also see a striking design-led reception space, a basement gymnasium, a coffee shop and excellent end-of-trip facilities – in addition to the retained and upgraded commercial units at ground level.
