In brief

Priory House Lofts is a rejuvenation of a former forensic science lab into 79 luxury apartments and duplexes.

The 1950s building, vacant since 2011, is currently undergoing a transformation in the style and aesthetic of Elevate PG’s recent Birmingham developments. With the character of the building kept, Priory House Lofts will soon offer a healthy mixture of 1–3-bedroom apartments & duplexes, in spacious 1-6-person accommodation.

Residents will also have the added benefit of a rear external courtyard, with some equipped with private terraces and gardens.

Parking will be allocated for 13 vehicles and, with a dedicated cycle lane outside the development, c. 80 spaces are to be offered.
