In brief

The Paper Yard is a residential development of 75 apartments over four distinct but interconnected blocks of 3 and 6 storeys.

The Hatchbury development aims to revive a tired 1960s warehouse site with good quality new homes (42.2-86.3sqm), private balconies, terraces, gardens and communal outdoor spaces.

With four leases on the site ending in Q2 2022 - with the last expiring in late March 2022, the site will then be demolished to offer a car-free scheme offering a wide variety of quality new spaces, which will provide 4 studios, 28 one-beds, 37 two-beds & 6 family townhouses (inc. a 2-bed duplex).

Amenity spaces will be provided via the site’s new heavily landscaped internal courtyard, with all ground floor apartments equipped with their own private gardens within it. Apartments will also feature recessed or Juliette balconies.

75 cycle spaces are to be provided onsite, accessed from both Loveday and Princip streets.
