The development
The Crown Works is a major build-to-rent (BTR) scheme of 203 apartments and penthouses.
Arranged in four blocks ranging from four to eight storeys and designed to a high specification, the placemaking scheme enhances its historic context with a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments – including 3 duplex penthouses – across c. 138,00K SF of space.
With two 3,700K SF flexible commercial units at ground level, apartments will be set around a raised courtyard, with up to 5,900K SF of eclectic amenities, including shared gardens, public & private roof terraces, dining and meeting rooms, a gym, concierge services & co-working spaces.
Xian Developments Ltd (Czero Developments), who sold the site to Europa Capital in Q4 2021, is leading the development on behalf of Europa.
