Latham House, formerly called Daimler House, was originally a car showroom built in 1911 for A. Gilbey Latham. The façade is Edwardian Baroque. Altered in 1991.

In brief
A former car showroom on Paradise Street, was originally called Daimler House, now called Latham House. Daimler produced expensive luxury cars hence the original name. A façade in the Edwardian Baroque with giant Ionic columns and a big broke pediment over the entrance. Was opened in 1911 by A. Gilbey Latham. The interior used to have a ground floor car showroom with a basement repair shop with a car lift, but this was all destroyed with major alterations in 1991. There is now various offices here.
