66 Holloway Head is coming forward for residential on behalf of its owner, Dutton Glass & Mirrors, who is looking to move.

An outline application (all matters except landscaping and scale reserved) would see the site demolished and replaced with a newly built block, containing up to 43 new units across nine storeys.

Its approval, (likely) sale, and submission of a new application would see the site accommodate a range of one, two, & three-bedroom flats in spacious 1-5 person units (c. 47 - 92 sqm).

The new building would adopt green landscaped areas to both its front & rear, with a sizeable public rooftop terrace alongside Holloway Head-facing private terraces.
