78-84 Colmore Row (3,577 sqm), built between 1915 and 1917, will undergo a high-quality upgrade and replacement mansard roof extension, creating a new workspace for future occupiers.
The existing building structure and exterior will be retained and cleaned, and its thermal performance improved, whilst incorporating new plant, Air Source Heat Pumps and potential for solar PVs.
The big change will see a new set-back top storey and plant, with a landscaped roof terrace.
