THE DEVELOPMENT

The Digbeth renaissance will continue with the redevelopment of 260 Bradford Street.

The site, home to City Centre Car Company Ltd – owned by the applicant, Blue Door Property Developments Ltd – will see an exciting residential project of 131 one to three-bedroom apartments, two commercial units (2,238K SF), and a landscaped pedestrian link.

The regeneration, driven by Hanehouse Developments, will deliver three distinctive new buildings ranging from six to eight storeys.

Adhering to the emerging Rea Valley Urban Quarter, a new green pedestrian link will (eventually) dissect the site to connect Lombard Street to Green Street and onto Digbeth High Street, further supporting Digbeth’s ongoing regeneration.

With 5% of the homes set to be offered at a 30-40% discount, 260 Bradford Street will also provide up to 140 bicycle spaces.
