The development

Priory House Lofts has been revived into 79 luxury apartments and duplexes.

The 1950s building, a former forensic science lab that had lain vacant since 2011, has been transformed in the style and aesthetic of Elevate PG’s recent Birmingham developments. With the character of the building well and truly kept, Priory House Lofts offers an eclectic mixture of one-, two- & three-bedroom apartments & duplexes, all in spacious 1-6-person accommodation.

Some residents benefit from private terraces and gardens - predominately to the ground floor areas; with all residents benefitting from a rear external courtyard, complete with feature wall art with picture lighting, timber seating, and attractive greenery and birdboxes. Around thirteen car spaces are provided, supplemented by 80 cycles.
