Radio House

Radio House is a residential reanimation spread across two sites. (December 2023 start)

67 modern one- & two-bed loft apartments and ground floor workspaces will be introduced to the area, set within an ‘L’ shaped six-storey development on both Sutton Street and Irving Street.

Contemporarily designed to mimic the industrial buildings in the area, whilst acknowledging the changing neighbourhood, each home here will have large floor-to-ceiling windows, high ceilings, and a trendy aesthetic.

Each workspace at street level will boast double-height frontages, with residents set to benefit from private terraces, balconies, and a landscaped communal courtyard.
