COLMORE GATE
Colmore Gate is to be commercially retrofitted, repositioned and adaptively reused.
Providing best-in-class facilities, modifications will be made to the ground floor façade and passageway, resulting in a considered, consistent design that relates to the existing building.
A level 9 roof garden pavilion will be introduced, along with a private rear extension; plus, new plant screen and adaption of curtain walling to incorporate architectural louvres at levels 7/8 & 15/16.
The materials around the feature arches will include panellised stone cladding, glazing and silver metallic window frames.
