In brief
Eleven Brindleyplace is a 107,000 sqft, 13-storey office building, designed by Glenn Howells Architects, and completed in 2009, as part of Argent LLP's Brindleyplace development.
The office building, which also comprises ground floor commercial, formed the last phase of Argents' Brindleyplace redevelopment.
Designed by Birmingham-based architects, Glenn Howells Architects, Eleven Brindleyplace comprises a sweeping shoulder element & a distinctive glazed facade with bronze fins that, to this day, gives off a timeless look.
The award-winning office was also the first in the city to gain an ‘excellent’ BREEAM rating.
Built by BAM Construction, building work began in February 2007, before topping out in 2008.
